Conceptualized in the thoughts and acts of the founder Mr. Jignesh Patel since teen-hood, Amdavaad Pictures has deep roots of its existence and was formally registered as a company in 2015. Childhood love and affection for films, music, and plays made Jignesh Patel a story writer, script curator and an actor for various dramas and performances during school and college days.

He took our cinemas and music in his heart while studying in the UK for many years. Joining the family business of chemicals, one fine day he finally attracted what he wanted from his innermost core! A group of friends started talking about movie production and film making.

Those casual coffee talks turned into serious discussions and finally the production house named Amdavaad Pictures came into existence with its first film project Sambhavtaha.

Having his roots connected to the “Karmabhoomi” – Ahmedabad, the production house has been named as “Amdavaad Pictures”.
